If I need support right now

SelfCare Stream supports my therapy — it does not replace it. It is not a crisis service. If I'm in crisis or at risk right now, I should contact my therapist, my GP, go to my nearest emergency department, or call 999 or 112.

The app can't judge how serious things are for me, so I choose whom to contact. If I'm in any doubt, I call 999 or 112.
